Abstract

Effective logistics management plays a critical role in enhancing supply chain efficiency and organizational performance. This study investigates the impact of integrated logistics management systems on inventory control, transportation planning, warehouse operations, and customer satisfaction within emerging economies. Data were collected from logistics firms and manufacturing organizations using structured questionnaires and performance metrics. The findings indicate that organizations adopting integrated logistics technologies experience significant improvements in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service delivery. The study recommends strategic investment in digital logistics platforms and workforce development to sustain competitive advantage in the global market.
